Most orders are shipped within 1 business day, unless otherwise noted. Please allow extra processing time for orders placed during holidays.
Domestic orders ship FREE via USPS.
Expedited and international shipment requests, please contact us.
You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your shipping label has been created. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking data to appear in USPS’s website.
If your order has yet to be shipped, it may be cancelled by contacting us.
If your order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If your order arrives damaged, it can be exchanged or replaced, please contact us.
Exchanges and Returns
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, we only accept exchanges for goods that arrived defective and/or damaged. This exchange policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must have arrived defective and/or damaged. The defective and/or damaged product may only be exchanged for the same product.
Please email us from the email address associated with your account and include your order number and product IDs of damaged goods.
